What is the standard shipping time for Nanoleaf products?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Do Nanoleaf light panels require a dedicated hub?

Most of our newer products, including Shapes, Elements, and Canvas, connect directly to your Wi-Fi network and do not require an external hub. However, some products may benefit from a Thread Border Router for enhanced connectivity.

What is your return policy for open products?

We offer a 30-day return window for all products. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all adhesive strips and power accessories included.

Are Nanoleaf lights compatible with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Assistant?

Yes, our smart lighting systems are designed to integrate seamlessly with all major smart home ecosystems, allowing for voice control and advanced automation via your preferred platform.

What should I do if my light panels are not pairing?

First, ensure your mobile device is on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Perform a soft reset by holding the power and brightness buttons on the controller for 15 seconds, then attempt the pairing process again through the Nanoleaf App.

Do you offer a warranty on electronic components?

All Nanoleaf hardware comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions under normal use conditions.
